FoodClarity does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose. Users should independently verify important information.

FoodClarity, including its branding, design, content structure, scoring systems, processing score framework, special alerts, and educational materials, remain the property of FoodClarity and its creators. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit FoodClarity without permission.

Users retain ownership of content they submit. By uploading photos, ingredient lists, feedback, or other content, users grant FoodClarity permission to process that content solely to provide app functionality. FoodClarity does not claim ownership of user content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoodClarity, its creator, developers, operators, affiliates, contributors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Medical outcomes
• Dietary outcomes
• Allergic reactions
• Nutritional outcomes
• Product purchases
• Financial losses

FoodClarity reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. Users may delete their account at any time.

FoodClarity may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the United States and the State of California unless otherwise required by law.
